Want to stream, control your smart home, or chat with Alexa? Here's how to get your Amazon Echo speaker or Fire TV Stick online with ASK4.
Step 1 - Connect to ASK4 Wireless
Start by connecting your device to ASK4 Wireless:
Amazon Echo
Open the Alexa app on your phone
Tap Devices > Echo & Alexa
Select your Echo device
Tap Change next to Wi-Fi Network
Choose ASK4 Wireless
Amazon Fire Stick
Go to Settings > Network
Select ASK4 Wireless
It may show “limited” or “no internet” until the device is registered. That’s expected.
Step 2 - Register your device manually
Because Amazon devices don’t support the registration popup, you’ll need to use another device to register it.
On your phone or laptop, go to https://myaccount.ask4.com
Log in to your ASK4 account
Find your Echo or Fire Stick’s MAC address
Add it via Add device manually and click Enable this device
Step 3 - Find your MAC address
Amazon Echo
Open the Alexa app
Go to Devices > Echo & Alexa > [your device] > About
Look for the Wi-Fi MAC address
Amazon Fire Stick
Go to Settings > My Fire TV > About > Network
Find MAC Address (Wi-Fi)
The MAC address looks like: B4:7C:9C:1A:2F:3D
Step 4 - Reconnect
After registering:
Restart your Echo or Fire Stick
Reconnect to ASK4 Wireless
You should now be online
Troubleshooting tips
