Whether you're arriving at your new accommodation or packing up to leave, this article explains what to do with your ASK4 account and devices so that you stay connected – or properly sign off.
If you've just moved in
If your accommodation includes ASK4 internet, you're already covered. Here's what to do first:

Connect your device to ASK4 Wireless
This allows you to register and activate your service.

Open a web browser
The registration screen should appear. If not, visit https://signup.ask4.com

Create or log into your ASK4 account
New residents must create a new account – even if you used ASK4 before at another property.

Register your device and choose your service
If your building includes a standard internet package, it will apply automatically.
You’ll also see upgrades or add-ons, where available.

Switch to ASK4 Wireless (802.1x)
Once registered, switch to the 802.1x network for the best service experience.
If you've moved out
Make sure to:
Not share your login details with the next resident.

Check your billing
If you upgraded your service and pay monthly, cancel the subscription via MyAccount and cancel your recurring card payments
Create a new account at your new address – even if it’s another ASK4 building.
Moved rooms within the same building?
You might not need a new account. Just log into your existing account and:
Renew your service if prompted
Register any new devices you've brought with you
Use the same login and email as before
Contact our Support team and we can move your account to your new room
