Sign up to ASK4

You'll need an ASK4 account to get online. The steps to get started depend on which WiFi networks are available in your building.

Which network do you see in your WiFi settings?

I can see "ASK4 Signup"
  1. Connect to ASK4 Signup.
  2. ASK4's sign-up page should open automatically. If it doesn't, open a browser and visit https://signup.ask4.com.
  3. Follow the on-screen steps to create your account. At the end of sign-up, you'll be given a personal WiFi passphrase - make a note of this.
  4. Go back to your WiFi settings, connect to ASK4 Resident, and enter your passphrase when prompted.*
  5. You're now online! Your device will remember the passphrase, so future connections are automatic.

*Struggling to get back to WiFi settings?
To ensure your device switches from the sign-up network to the Resident network:

  • On iPhones, tap the X in the top right of the sign-up screen, select "Use Other Network", then choose the ASK4 Resident network.
  • On Android, tap the three dots in the top right, select "Do not use this network", then choose the ASK4 Resident network.

I can see "ASK4 Wireless" (but not "ASK4 Signup")
  1. Connect to ASK4 Wireless.
  2. ASK4's sign-up page should open automatically. If it doesn't, open a browser and visit https://signup.ask4.com.
  3. Follow the on-screen steps to create your account.
  4. You're now online!

The network names above are the standard ASK4 defaults - your building may use slightly different names. If you're unsure, check your welcome information or contact Support.

Already have an account?

If you've used ASK4 at a previous building, what happens next depends on your new building:

  • If both your previous and new building use "ASK4 Resident" - try connecting to ASK4 Resident with your existing passphrase. If it works, you're online straight away. If not, create a new account via ASK4 Signup (if you're a resident) or via ASK4 Guest (if you're only visiting).
  • In all other cases - you'll need to create a new account. Head to the relevant sign-up steps above for your new building.

Visit https://myaccount.ask4.com, log in, and follow the steps to renew your service.
