Sign up to ASK4

You’ll need an ASK4 account to access the internet – here’s how to set it up using your phone or laptop

Getting connected

Follow these steps to set up your account:

Go to your WiFi settings and connect to ASK4 Wireless

  • You should be redirected to the sign up page.

  • If you don't get redirected, visit https://signup.ask4.com - remember to type the full address, including https://

Click ‘Create Account’

  • Follow the sign up process 

(Recommended) Switch to ASK4 Wireless (802.1x)

For Laptop, tablet & smart phones, don’t forget to connect to ASK4 Wireless (802.1x)

  • Go back to WIFI settings

  • Select ASK4 Wireless (802.1x)

  • Log in using your ASK4 username and password

Most devices support 802.1x, however if your device can’t connect, just stay on the ASK4 Wireless network.

Already have an account?

If you’ve used ASK4 in a previous building:

  • You’ll need to create a new account

  • If you’re still in the same accommodation, just log in and renew your service
