If you can’t access the ASK4 sign up page, it usually means your device hasn’t been redirected properly or there’s a temporary connection issue. Follow the steps below to get things working again.
Step 1 - Try visiting the sign up page directly
Instead of waiting for a redirect, open your browser and go to: https://signup.ask4.com
If the page loads, follow the steps to register or log in. If it doesn’t, move on to the steps below.
Step 2 - Disable VPNs or proxies
Some VPNs block the redirect. Try turning these off temporarily and then reconnecting to ASK4 Wireless.
Step 3 - Restart your device
Turn your device off and on again. This refreshes your network connection and can help trigger the sign-up page on start up.
Step 4 - Forget the network and reconnect
Go to your device’s WIFI settings
Tap on ASK4 Wireless and choose Forget this network
Reconnect and try to visit https://signup.ask4.com/ again
Step 5 - Try another browser
If you’re using Safari, Chrome, or Edge, try switching to a different browser — some may block pop-ups or redirection by default.
Step 6 - Clear your cache
Your browser may be loading a stored version of the page. Try:
Clearing your browser cache
Opening a private / incognito window
Typing the address in manually: https://signup.ask4.com/
