This guide explains how to add a device to ASK4. You'll need an ASK4 account and access to our network
To get started, connect the device to ASK4 Wireless (802.1x network)
- Open your device’s WIFI settings
- Select ASK4 Wireless 802.1x from the list

Log in using your ASK4 username and password (both the username and password are case-sensitive)
Nothing happening? Try turning WIFI off and back on. Some devices may need you to forget and reselect the network.
- Your new device will now be automatically registered to your account and brought online. If you’ve reached your device limit, you’ll be redirected to your ASK4 account. Simply log in and go to Manage My Devices to free up a slot, or upgrade to our 4Connect or 4Connect-Plus add-on for unlimited devices
Alternatively, to signup with a QR code:
Visit https://signup.ask4.com on your new device
A QR code will be displayed on your device's screen
If you have a registered smart phone on your ASK4 account, please use this to scan the QR code that is displayed on the screen on the device you would like to add to your account.
Once complete, you should be online.
