If you have a visitor staying with you, they can get their own temporary Internet access without using your device allowance. The steps depend on which networks are available in your building.
Which network do you see in your WiFi settings?
I can see "ASK4 Guest"
- On the guest's device, connect to ASK4 Guest.
- ASK4's sign-up page should open automatically. If it doesn't, open a browser and navigate to any website to trigger the redirect.
- Follow the on-screen steps to create a temporary account.
Your guest is now online! If access expires, they can simply follow the same steps again.
Note: Guest accounts are for visitors only. Residents should sign up via: Sign up to ASK4
I can see "ASK4 Wireless" (but not "ASK4 Guest")
- On the guest's device, connect to ASK4 Wireless.
- A sign-up page should open automatically. If it doesn't, visit https://signup.ask4.com.
- Select Temporary Access and follow the on-screen steps.
Your guest is now online! If access expires, they can simply follow the same steps again.
Note: Guest accounts are for visitors only. Residents should sign up via: Sign up to ASK4
The network names above are the standard ASK4 defaults - your building may use slightly different names. If you're unsure, check your welcome information or contact Support.
What if guest access isn't available?
Not all buildings offer guest access. If the option isn't available, you can add your visitor's device to your own ASK4 account instead — see: Adding a device
