If you have visitors staying with you, they can get online quickly with ASK4’s temporary access option. This gives them their own connection and avoids any issues with your device limit.
Step 1 - Connect to ASK4 Wireless
On the guest’s phone, laptop, or tablet, open the WiFi settings
Select ASK4 Wireless from the list
If a login page does not open automatically, open a browser and visit https://signup.ask4.com
Step 2 - Select Guest Access
On the ASK4 sign-up page:
Choose Temporary Access
Follow the on-screen instructions
Step 3 - Enter guest details
Guests simply need to enter their first and last name to get online instantly. Access length will depend on your residence’s agreement with ASK4. If your guests need access for longer, they can follow the same steps as above to get back online at any point.
Notes
Temporary guest accounts are for visitors only – residents should always register via via the “Create Account” option on signup.
Speeds may be lower on guest accounts compared to resident packages
