We may offer feature or speed upgrades at your building. This guide helps you understand the packages and available addons, how to choose the right one for your setup, and how to make changes.
What package do I already have?
When you create your ASK4 account and register your first device, we’ll detect your accommodation and show you the packages and addons available.
If your building includes a standard package, it will be automatically applied. You can see which package you’re on by logging into https://myaccount.ask4.com and selecting Account Info.
Upgrading your package
You might want to upgrade if:
You live in a flat with multiple people using the internet at once
You stream in HD or 4K
You game online or download large files
You work from home and need a faster connection
To upgrade:
Log into https://myaccount.ask4.com
Select 'Upgrade My Internet'
If upgrades are available in your building, choose the package or add-on that fits your needs
Follow the steps to purchase the upgrade
Your upgrade will activate immediately unless otherwise stated.
What types of connection are available?
ASK4 Wireless (802.1x)
Recommended for most modern devices, after signup
ASK4 Wireless
This is used for registering devices and connecting devices that don't support 802.1x authentication.
Wired Ethernet - If available
If your room includes an Ethernet port, you can plug your device directly into the wall using a standard network cable. Ethernet is perfect for gaming, streaming, or high-performance tasks.
