Accessibility

Everyone should be able to access our Service and Support.

We are committed to making accessibility a core consideration throughout our customers’ journey – from initial signup to ongoing support.

    Using our support site

Our support site has been designed to comply with the World Wide Web Consortium’s Web Accessibility Guidelines. Complying with these guidelines helps us ensure the website is accessible to blind people, people with motor impairments, visual impairment, cognitive disabilities and more.

By clicking on the blue person (normally in the bottom left of your screen) you can access a number of features that make our support site more accessible including:

    • Tailored profiles to make the site more suitable for your needs (this includes a Seizure Safe Profile, ADHD Friendly Profile and a Vision Impaired Profile)
    • Colour, content and orientation adjustment tools to make the fonts larger, change cursor size, remove imagines and generally make the content of the site more accessible and readable

    When you contact us

Our support teams are trained to be understanding, patient and adaptable and relevant staff are provided with specific neurodiversity training.

Please make our support teams aware of any requirements or reasonable adjustments we need to support you better in future. We will then, with your permission, update your account with this information and do our very best to offer you the right level of help in the future.

If you inform us that you are happy for us to do so, we can work with your chosen nominee to support you in a way that suits you.

    Accessible ways to contact us:

When you are using our services

We can’t control the accessibility of third party sites and services you can access over ASK4’s Internet.

However, you can generally increase the text size of any website, or even get your computer to read pages aloud to you. The AbilityNet website is an independent website created to help people with disabilities use digital technology at work, at home or in education.

    Other support we offer

We offer an Emergency Relay Service (learn more from the ‘Accessibility’ section of our FAQs).

We can supply bills, contracts and other key services information in more accessible formats if you need us to.
