If you can’t log in to your ASK4 account because you’ve forgotten your username or password, you can reset them quickly using the MyAccount portal.
Resetting your password
On the login page, click Forgot password?
Enter your registered email address.
Check your inbox for the reset link (it may be in your spam/junk folder).
Follow the link to create a new password.
Recovering your username
On the login page, click Forgot username?
Enter your registered email address.
Choose whether you’d like your username reminder sent by Email or Text message (SMS).
Check your inbox or SMS messages for your username.
If you can’t access your email address
If you no longer have access to the email account linked to your ASK4 profile, please contact our Support Team. We’ll help update your details so you can log in again.
Tips
Make sure you enter the same email address you used when you first registered.
Check your spam/junk folders if you don’t see the email within a few minutes.
If you’re requesting a username reminder by text, ensure the phone number on your account is still active.
