How to set up 4Backup
Log in to https://myaccount.ask4.com
Go to Buy Add-ons
Purchase the 4Backup service
You’ll receive an email with instructions to download and install the backup software
Using the backup software
Once installed, you can:
Select the folders or file types to back up automatically
Monitor backup status from the app dashboard
Log in from other devices to access or restore files
Adjust settings like schedule or backup bandwidth usage
The backup runs quietly in the background — no manual steps needed.

What happens when I move out?
Before leaving your accommodation:
Download any files you want to keep
Cancel or migrate your account if you're moving to another ASK4 property
We recommend backing up essential data locally as a precaution when closing your account.
