This article explains when you might be eligible for a refund, how the refund process works, and what to do if you’ve moved out or no longer need your upgraded service.
Are refunds available?
Refunds are available in some situations, but not all. Here's how it works:
Free packages included in your rent or tenancy are not eligible for refunds.
Upgraded packages and Add-ons (purchased during Signup or via MyAccount) may qualify for a refund.
Refunds are only possible for active, paid services - we don’t offer backdated refunds for time the service was available but unused. If you need to cancel your service or add-on for any reason, please note there is a 14 day cancellation period.
Requesting a refund
To request a refund:
Go to https://myaccount.ask4.com and log in.
Select Raise Support Request and submit a ticket, explaining your reason for the refund.
Our team will review your request and get back to you.
We aim to respond quickly - but during peak move-in periods, it might take slightly longer.
What if I’ve moved out?
As per our user agreement, if you cease to reside in the Residence before the Termination Date for any reason, you will not be entitled to a refund. Also, we are unable to move your service to another address.
