My device is registered on a different account

Devices can only be registered to one active account at a time, so will need removing before it can be added to a new account. If you know the person whose account the device is registered to, you should ask them to remove the device via myaccount.ask4.com.

Please make sure that any device you loan/purchase from a third party has been removed from any pre-existing ASK4 accounts.

ASK4 Support are unable to remove any devices without the permission of the account holder.
