  • How do I make an outbound call from my 4Voice telephone?

    Simply dial the number you wish to call, you don’t need to add any prefix like “9” for an outside line. You can call internal extensions within your accommodation and UK freephone telephone numbers without any 4Voice credit, however for any other numbers you’ll need to add credit to your ASK4 4Voice account.

    Dial “175” from the 4Voice handset and your 4Voice telephone number will be provided to you.

  • How can I check my 4Voice remaining credit?

    Dial “152” from the handset and press option “1”.

  • How can I set/change my 4Voice PIN?

    Dial “152” from the handset and and select option “2”.

  • Where can I add credit to my 4Voice account?

    You can add credit to your 4Voice account by visiting the website: myaccount.ask4.com and logging in with your ASK4 username and password credentials. You will be able to make a payment with a credit/debit card and you can purchase credit in multiples of £5.00 up to a maximum of £30.00 in a single transaction. Please note however that Credit Cards are subject to a 2.5% surcharge. No charges apply to Debit Cards.
