Follow the advice below to locate your device MAC address and add it to your account.
All phones using Android version 8 or higher will by default randomise their MAC address for any new network they connect to. Therefore the easiest way to locate your MAC address is via the phone's WiFi settings.
This means the actual MAC address on your device, may be different to the MAC address it has chosed to provide to the networks you are trying to connect to.
The exact layout of your WiFi settings will be different between different phone models, but the easiest way to locate this Randomised MAC address is via your WiFi settings.
Method 1
- Go to WiFi Settings
- Advanced Settings for the Network you wish to connect to
- Locate the MAC addresss within the settings page
